4. Data Submitted to Skills
IMPORTANT: When you call a Skill, the data you submit is processed by the Skill's execution environment. For platform-hosted Skills, this occurs in isolated sandbox containers operated by third-party infrastructure providers. For self-hosted Skills, your data is transmitted to and processed on the skill provider's systems. WE CANNOT GUARANTEE THE SECURITY OR CONFIDENTIALITY OF DATA SUBMITTED TO SKILLS. Do not submit sensitive personal information, financial data, or confidential business information to Skills unless you understand and accept the associated risks.
5. Data Security
We implement reasonable security measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and regular security assessments. However:
NO METHOD OF TRANSMISSION OR STORAGE IS COMPLETELY SECURE. WE CANNOT GUARANTEE THE ABSOLUTE SECURITY OF YOUR DATA. IN THE EVENT OF A DATA BREACH, OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED AS SET FORTH IN OUR TERMS OF SERVICE. YOU USE THE SERVICE AND SUBMIT DATA AT YOUR OWN RISK.
6. Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. We may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes, including:
- Transaction records for accounting and tax purposes
